Tenants:

Non-Refundable Holding Deposit:
1 Weeks of the monthly rent (this will be applied to your Administration Fee once application has been accepted)

Failed Reference Application:
Forfeiture of Holding Deposit if decide to cancel application or if reference checks fails and also if any documents requested are not provided.

Application Cancelled by Landlord:
Refund of Holding Fee Deposit
A security deposit will be payable on each property when signing the Tenancy Agreement.

Tenancy:
If you fail to be present for a pre-arranged inspection or engineer visit there will be a fee of £50.00

End of Tenancy:
Check out Charge £50.00
